As pre-announced in October 2015, Microsoft has moved upgrading to Windows 10 for
Operating Systems (OS) Windows 7 and 8.1 from [Optional] to [Recommended] on the respective Window Updates.
For all PCs on board using Windows 7/8.1 OS, upgrading to Windows 10 will be performed automatically if the Windows Update setting is set to [automatic update].
For upgrading, a large sized program file is required.
As such, when upgrading, you may experience heavy traffic and/or data speed may drop.
Furthermore, should you be on pay-as-you-go plan, your charge may rise significantly.
In order to avoid the automatic updating, please nullify the [Automatic Update] function within the Windows Update on each of the PCs in use.
